Executive Chef
Must have formal qualifications and at least 5 years experience managing 4 Star + kitchens.

Activities Supervisor
Must be qualified boatman with a range of knowledge on all water & land based activities, well spoken & well presented; sales orientated. Experience required.

Food & Beverage Supervisor
Must have experience in similar standard; ability to lead a team and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications to suit; 5 years + experience in similar. Mechanical knowledge& ability to multi-task essential, experience with desalination units preferred.

Spa Therapist
Formally trained; 3 years experience in all aspects of massage, manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing etc.
